Personal & Workplace Mediation
Mediation is an effective strategy to resolve conflict, rebuild relationships, and prevent future disputes. It’s a confidential, voluntary process, that can take a few hours. Belinda ensures the process is constructive, not disciplinary, where her role is to guide the conversation to a positive outcome, encouraging parties to reach an agreement.

Formal Complaint Inquiry
Formal complaints are a challenging – for management, the parties involved, and the wider team. Left unmanaged, it can affect team morale and be a lot harder than it needs to be.
In some cases, where nature of the conflict or complaint is complex or other complaint resolution processes have been unsuccessful, it may be necessary to conduct a formal inquiry to determine what is most likely to have occurred.

Redefining Conflict is now offering the Transformation through Collaboration Partnership, aimed at strengthening workplace relationships, implementing growth strategies and future proofing your organisational culture by redefining the way conflict is managed.
As a part of the partnership, I will work with your team for 12 months, to not only manage existing conflict but to assist in building strong organisational relationships, by providing effective conflict resolution strategies and equip your team with the ability to grow from the experience.
The partnership begins with an assessment of the organisation, followed by ongoing conflict resolution, a review of your conflict/complaint policies and procedures and the “Transformation through Collaboration” training program.
Throughout the duration of the partnership, I will be available to you and your people for support and advice, coaching and consultancy. I will offer support and training when it is needed.
