At Redefining Conflict, we believe conflict is a necessary tool for growth. A valuable way to create transparency within teams, foster creativity, overcome unconscious blockages and achieve positive change.

Transformational shifts follow contrast. And our mission is to help turn your conflict into constructive, positive change. Our three-pronged approach (mediation, conflict coaching and training) dissects triggers, issues brewing beneath, and opposing perceptions, allowing each party to understand the journey to resolution, through conflict.

Meet Belinda Lynch. 

Redefining Conflict’s mediation, dispute resolution and conflict consultant, Belinda has over two decades experience within various streams of people support. She’s worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor, Program Manager (Return to Work), Senior HR Consultant and Ethical Conduct & Complaint Resolution specialist for the Department for Education, SA.

Belinda is fascinated by human interaction and is dedicated to partnering with people and organisations to create growth and strengthen relationships.  Belinda will assist in make a permanent shift in workplace culture and relationships by redefining the way people deal with and manage conflict.  

Belinda’s journey through conflict, combined with years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, specialising in psychological injuries, mediation and conflict coaching and conflict/complaint resolution has taught her a lot about the patterns of human conflict and the psychology behind it.

Belinda has come to realise that conflict is born out of fear, and the fear of not being valued is where all workplace relationships begin to breakdown.

In conflict, the focus is often on winning and losing or how to defeat the opposition. However, hidden in every conflict is an opportunity for significant growth. Thus the reason why Belinda aims to empower people and organisations to do more than extinguish spot fires. Instead, she supports them to develop successful relationships with their team, clients and stakeholders. This in turn, creates a more effective and efficient service delivery.
